Recipes - Biscuits - Ginger Snaps



Ingredients:

3 Cups flour
1 ½ Cups sugar
5 t Ginger
Pinch salt
500 g Margarine
2 t Bicarb
¼ Cup hot water
2 T syrup


Method:

Sift flour, sugar, ginger and salt.
Rub in Margarine.
Dissolve bicarb in hot water and stir in syrup.
Mix to a soft dough.
Cover and leave to stand for ½ hour.
Make into balls and bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
